Dear Sprout dispatches goods Australia-wide.

Normally orders are dispatched within 10 business days of the purchase order being received. However 14 business days or more may be required for some special circumstances. Within Australia, delivery times are estimated at between 3-6 business days depending on your location. We are a small family run store so please understand if your order takes longer than expected and please contact us if you have any issues or questions.

Only items purchased on the Dear Sprout website can be returned to dearsprout.com  for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Should you make an error when ordering online, Dear Sprout will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety.  But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items or error of goods received than ordered online contact us immediately to discuss replacement of goods.
